Arguments

ci_data: CI summary data (filtered)
q_data: Q bias data (filtered)
facet_formula: Facet formula
filename_suffix: Suffix for filenames
subtitle: Plot subtitle
save_fn: Function to save plots (takes plot and filename)
x_breaks: X-axis breaks
linetype_var: Optional linetype variable for aggregate plots
use_aggregate: Use aggregate theme
width: Plot width
height: Plot height
point_size: Point size

Value

NULL (saves plots as side effect)
